Terms of Service
Last updated 23 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use 3dSummon (the website and the 3D models it makes). Please read them; by creating an account or buying a plan or credits you agree to them.
1. Who we are
3dSummon. Contact us at 3dsummon.support@gmail.com.
2. Your account
- You need to be 18 or over, or 13 or over with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share or sell accounts or credits.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Making models and using features costs credits. The price in credits is shown on each button before you confirm, and failed jobs are refunded.
- Plans renew automatically, every month or every year depending on what you chose, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing (in your account menu). You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you aren't charged again.
- A plan's credits are given each month (also on yearly plans) and don't roll over: unused plan credits end when the next month's arrive.
- Credit packs are one-off purchases. Pack credits don't expire while your account is open, and are used after your plan credits.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money, except as our Refund policy says.
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank may add its own fee for paying in another currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- If a model, texture, remesh or rig fails, its credits are given back automatically. If a refund or chargeback returns money to you, the credits that money paid for are removed.
4. Cancelling and refunds
Our Refund policy explains your right to cancel and how to ask for a refund. It is part of these terms.
5. What you upload
- You keep all rights to the pictures and text you give us.
- You must have the right to use them: don't upload other people's artwork, characters or photos unless you're allowed to.
- You give us permission to store and process them only to make your models and run the service. We don't use them to train AI models, and we don't show them to anyone else. We only feature a model in our showcase if you say we can.
6. The models you make
- As between you and us, the models you make are yours. You can use them for any lawful purpose, including in commercial games and products, without paying us anything more.
- Models are made by AI. They can resemble existing work, and two people can get similar results, so we can't promise a model is unique or that it can be protected as your intellectual property. It's up to you to make sure your use of a model doesn't infringe anyone else's rights (for example, if it's based on a character someone else owns).
- Download anything you want to keep. We may delete models from closed accounts (see our Privacy policy).
7. What you mustn't do
Don't use 3dSummon to make, upload or share anything that:
- is illegal, or helps someone break the law;
- sexualises or harms children in any way;
- harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people, or is meant to deceive or cause harm;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trade marks or other rights;
- uses someone's personal information or likeness to harm them.
Also don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service, or resell access to it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove content that breaks them.
3dSummon uses open-source AI models, including Stable Diffusion XL (licensed under the CreativeML Open RAIL++-M licence). Its use restrictions (Attachment A of that licence) apply to how you use 3dSummon and what you make with it, and the rules above include them.
8. The service
- We work hard to keep 3dSummon running and to make good models, but AI results vary, and the service may sometimes be slow or unavailable (for example while we update it). Failed jobs are refunded in credits.
- We may improve, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you've paid for, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part.
- If we ever close 3dSummon, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund unused plan time and unused pack credits.
9. Our responsibility to you
- If you're a consumer, you have legal rights (for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) that these terms don't take away. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
- We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
- If you use 3dSummon for a business, we aren't responsible for lost profit, revenue or business opportunity, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
10. Ending this agreement
You can stop using 3dSummon at any time, and ask us to close your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if we close it without such a reason, we'll refund unused plan time and unused pack credits.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. For important changes we'll tell you by email or on the site before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes can go to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also use your local courts, and if you live elsewhere you keep any protections the consumer law of your country gives you. If something goes wrong, please email us first; we'll try to sort it out quickly.
